LEGALISATION OF FOREIGN DOCUMENTS
To legalise foreign documents for use in Ghana through the Ghana High Commission UK, the following steps must be followed:
1. Original Document and Apostille
- The document must first be apostilled by the relevant authorities (such as the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, or equivalent).
2. Fee
- The legalization fee is £80 per document.
- Payment must be made via Postal Order, payable to the “Ghana High Commission”, or via card payment at the Mission. (No cash payment allowed)
3. Submission
- The Ghana High Commission accepts submissions on Tuesdays to Thursdays only, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
